Great place. Newer condition. It's nice to have the pool if you want a break from the beach or to float for a while in the evening after a long day at the beach. The house next door is very close.

House is well located and spacious. You need to make sure you get your own toilet paper, and paper towels as you will only get 1 per bathroom. Make sure you also bring your own hand soap, this is not provided.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The home was nice, the location was great, and the pool and hot tub were definitely highlights. There were a few areas where the home could be better equipped. The listing indicated that linens would be provided, but each room only had one or two towels, and there were no washcloths. The kitchen was also somewhat limited in terms of supplies—for example, there was only one steak knife available. With a few small improvements to the home’s amenities and better communication from the rental company, this could be an excellent rental. We would definitely consider staying here again if those issues were addressed.
