Beautiful apartment with a fantastic view of the canal. Air conditioning worked really well which was essential for these warm summer days. Beds were super comfortable. The host was very helpful during check-in, especially when our train was delayed almost 2 hours. Some things to be aware of: the 8:00 pm cutoff for checking in is not flexible (we paid the 30 Euro surcharge for 8:15 arrival; which is fine - that was the deal). The shower stall is very small so larger folks might want to go elsewhere. Lots of stairs to reach the flat - pack light and do laundry And don’t try to feed the pigeons in St Marks Square - that’s not a thing anymore

We always have a great experience when staying with Luigi. The place is always clean, the location is ideal, Luigi is always pleasant and professional. Not a single negative.

The place was spacious and we loved the view of the canal and classic Venice homes and life. *** DO BE AWARE THERE ARE MANY STAIRS as the apartment is on the top floor. The last floor of steps is particularly challenging as they are the most narrow and there is no real handrail*** We are an older couple and did okay with the stairs, EXCEPT when we had our luggage.
