My family just stayed 4 nights over the July 4th weekend & we had a great time! The beach was a close walk & the fireworks were fantastic. The house was very nice, clean & had everything we needed. The only “suggestions” would be to grease the bunk bed, it’s too squeaky & the mattress in the fold out couch is uncomfortable. Other than that I have no suggestions. Thank you Ryan for being an easy & kind host answering any questions I had prior to our stay. Thanks for sharing your home with us, we had a wonderful time!

Nice house, clean and great location. The key pad was not working upon arrival so we could not get into the house. I had To contact Ryan so he could unlock the door for us. After that it was hit and miss if the key pad would work or not work. TV’s could be updated to smart TVs that would provide more options for tv enjoyment. The TV in one bedroom did not even work. Pictures is distorted. There was also no hand soap in the master bathroom. We had a great trip though!! Just giving you honest feedback!
