This single-level home is perfect for a relaxing getaway or an extended stay, with no shared spaces—just your own private oasis in the heart of Portland.
Step inside and unwind in the inviting living space, where a classic leather Eames chair and stylish mid-century furnishings create the perfect spot for reading and relaxation. The warm and welcoming kitchen, with its gray-washed floors, is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, which you can enjoy indoors or at the umbrella-shaded patio table in the backyard.
The newly renovated bathroom features a modern stand-up shower with a ceiling-mounted rain showerhead, offering a luxurious start or end to your day. Both bedrooms are conveniently located on the main floor, providing easy access and restful comfort.
Outside, the private, fenced backyard is a serene space filled with lush grass and vibrant flowers—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding in the fresh air. Guests will also appreciate the private driveway parking space, making city access a breeze.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected.

You can’t beat this location in Portland. While it’s not stated on the listing, the property has an ADU in the back with a private entrance along the side of the house and visually separated with a high fence. You can’t beat this location if you’re visiting Portland. The proximity to everything you’ll want to see and do is perfect. The neighborhood is lovely and walking access to restaurants and coffee shops is excellent. Overall the home is very nicely decorated. We stayed for a week and the hosts provided everything we needed to get our stay started: coffee, laundry detergent strips, and a QR code link for all the instructions you’ll need. The stairs to the basement are a bit narrow (original) so my kiddo didn’t want to use the space, but the washer/dryer worked great for us. Other comments about the shower are accurate, but water splash is manageable with the floor towel provided. We look forward to returning to Portland again.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was clean, nicely decorated and exactly as pictured. The living room, kitchen and dining area gave us plenty of room to spread out. The location was great. It was an easy walk to restaurants and stores on Belmont and Hawthorne. It was also a short walk to Mt Tabor Park. It was nice to be able to park on the driveway and not worry about street parking. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer in the basement. Overall, the house worked out well.
