This spacious 3-bedroom ranch east of Route 1 in Lewes is perfectly situated to take advantage of all the attractions of coastal Delaware. With an open floor plan, the large living area blends into the dining area and kitchen, with three large comfortable bedrooms at the opposite end of the house.
Sit on the front porch to watch the sunrise or on the shaded back deck to watch it set. The house has a large front yard, a fenced backyard, and outdoor showers. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes are also available onsite. Conveniently located 1 1/2 blocks from the entrance to the Georgetown-Lewes Trail, where you can walk or bike to downtown Lewes, the beach, State Park, Cape May ferry, or continue into Rehoboth all from the comfort of a scenic bike trail. Easy access to grocery shopping, pharmacy, and dining, as well as major outlet shopping all only a few minutes away. Wonderful restaurants abound all around with some great dining options within walking distance.

If you are bringing your dog (maximum of two), please make sure you include the pet fee (a single $250 pet fee per stay - NOT per dog), in your booking. The backyard is fully fenced to the ground with plenty of room for them to run.

This is our second stay at Kathy's property in Lewes, and we loved every second!! The communication is always amazing, and the caretaker, Vito, is just a sweetheart We love that it's pet friendly, and our dog has a fabulous time running in the backyard. Although we had to leave a bit early on our last day due to a family emergency, our stay was full and we will definitely book here again next year!

This house is a great place to stay! We should know, it was our second time staying here AND we will be back again. It is an awesome place to gather your family and relax in Lewes. The fully fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs and the large back deck is made for relaxing. The house is super spacious, clean, and close to town without having to deal with much traffic. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and our boat. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils you need if you choose to cook meals instead of going out. The host is quick to respond and very accommodating if any hiccups arise during your stay. My family definitely loves staying here when we spend time in Lewes.

We truly enjoyed our stay, the property was well maintained and clean. Vito was so accommodating. We loved sitting on the back deck and fenced in yard, resting at ease knowing our dog could not escape. The location was great, close to Lewes and far away enough from the coastal highway. We enjoyed riding on the golf cart and using the hot tub. I enjoyed riding the Margaritaville bicycle on the bike trail. We loved it so much, we plan on coming back next year. Kathy was easy to communicate with and met all our needs. Thank you, for opening your home to us. We greatly appreciate it.
