The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with a community pool and many traffic free roads for biking or jogging. It is also located very close to the outlet shopping centers and is equidistant to the beaches in Lewes and Rehoboth. The property itself was spacious, creatively decorated, had a very nice backyard with a large deck area and propane grill, which we enjoyed for our July 4th BBQ. The owner was also easy to communicate with and responded quickly to our inquiries. Highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay! Family-friendly development in a cul-de-sac, which was quiet and kid friendly. House was clean and easy access to beach, boardwalk, and outlets. We loved that there was a pool in the development, which was clean and relaxing. Communication with the host was prompt, which made process easy. Overall we had a great experience and we can't wait to go back!

This was our first VRBO experience, and we hope to have more like this. Communication with the host was excellent, with prompt answers to our questions. Thank you! The house was comfortable and clean, with a pleasant and quiet outdoor space. A short drive to a number of beaches and near attractions and activities for adults and children. Excellent and varied dining options nearby and within a short drive.
