Hello, we offer for rent a large neo-Breton family house of 130 m2 in a quiet area on a large garden 250 m walk from the magnificent sandy beach of PorsCarn (La Torche).
Capacity 8 people.
The house is close to all amenities: bar, straw hut, restaurant, children's playground, surf schools, supermarket and bakery 5 minutes by car, fishing port etc...
The house comprises:
First floor: Equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, microwave, freezer, coffee maker, toaster...) with 4 chairs table
Large bright living room with extendable table, TV, stereo,
WC
Large garage with washing machine, drying rack and dishwasher.
1ST FLOOR:
A large landing leads to 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with bath.
3 bedrooms with 140 cm bed with duvet and sheets provided AND 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds with duvet and sheets provided.
OUTSIDE: Terrace with table, chairs, sunbeds, barbecue
Parking for 3 or 4 vehicles
At disposal: cot, high chair, deckchair...
