Located on the third floor of a historic building with elevator, the apartment is in one of the most exclusive areas of the Florence center, just a few steps away from the Duomo, Piazza Signoria, Piazza della Repubblica and all of the city's treasures. The apartment was very spacious, even with five people, and the description was completely accurate. The highlight of our stay was the location. Step outside the door, and you're right in the heart of Florence, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend this apartment to others.

The location of this property is perfect with walking distance to many restaurants, museums etc. The beds were comfortable. The master shower has a problem with leaking all over the floor & is apparent to the owners but has not been fixed. The floor is warping due to the leak & mildew is growing. Also, the lighting in the kitchen is flickering & was brought to their attention but, no one came to fix it. On another point, I reserved this apartment 6 months ago but they didn’t make a payment on my credit card until a few days before our arrival. So, it cost us more money with the exchange rate difference.

The location in the city of Florence was wonderful. It was central to all of the things we wanted to do. Check in was easy. Our issues were with (what appeared to be) mold in the corners of the primary room, primary shower and the living room. Also, the primary shower leaked from all three sides causing us to have to use towels to clean it up. The host was very kind and brought more towels for our last day. The air conditioning was very nice for the 100 degree days.
