Beautiful and spacious apartment on the second floor of a historic Venetian palazzo, featuring its own rooftop terrace; fully restored and air-conditioned, with a breathtaking view of the Cannaregio Canal.
Huge living room (approx. 40 sqm) with a panoramic view of the canal, an XXL TV, a brand-new designer kitchen, a dining area, a rooftop terrace, and a second spacious terrace with a table, chairs, and a jacuzzi; very quiet; two bedrooms—one with direct access to the terrace, the other with a stunning view of the Cannaregio Canal; two bathrooms; and a washing machine. With 12 windows, the apartment is very bright.
A 5-minute walk (400 m) from the Santa Lucia train station—accessible without any stairs or bridges—a 10-minute walk to Piazzale Roma (municipal parking lot), and a 15-minute walk to the Rialto Bridge.
A water bus stop called Crea is 100 m from the apartment; another water bus stop called Guglie is 200 m away.
Also 200 meters away (at the Guglie stop), you’ll find a direct water bus service from Marco Polo Airport to the city, called Alilaguna (orange line); the second stop from the airport is Guglie, and you’ll be just 200 meters from the apartment. If you’d like, we can also pick you up at the ferry stop or at the main station.

The location was excellent, and the interior was bright and classic. Watching the stars from the rooftop was a special experience, and relaxing in the Jacuzzi after a full day of walking was pure bliss. They also provided a variety of breads for us to enjoy. Communication with the host took place via WhatsApp, and he answered all my questions immediately. Opening the window revealed a view of the canal—the night scenery was simply stunning. Alice(?), whom we met at checkout, was cheerful, bright, and incredibly kind; she showed us photos of her beloved cats and even arranged a water taxi to take us to the parking area. This place made our visit to Venice perfect. I give it five stars.
