Other Things to Note:
- The condo is on the 2nd floor you must climb stairs to access the unit and the pool.
- Basic essentials like soap and toilet paper are provided, but these are not replenished during your stay.
- Long-term stays are ideal for remote workers, with laptop-friendly workspaces and reliable Wi-Fi.
- For stays of 28+ days, an electricity fee of $167 USD per month applies, and two mid-stay cleanings at $40 USD each are required.

We have stayed in multiple properties in this area of Playa del Carmen and this has been our favourite hands down. Located in the perfect spot between the public beach and 5th Avenue, there are great restaurants, bars and entertainment venues just a short walk away. The Super Chedraui grocery store is really close if you prefer to do some home cooking and this property makes it easy with a well stocked kitchen we lacked for nothing. The condo is on the second floor in the southwest corner so sitting on the ample balcony in the mornings was very nice with just the right amount of shade to enjoy a coffee and pastry. The primary bedroom has the most comfortable bed of any condo we have stayed in either rental or hotel so that was a treat. With two full baths and one half bath it worked out really well when coming back with friends from playing volleyball at the beach all day and we could all rinse off quickly and refresh before grabbing well needed bite. We also enjoyed the pool area which is simple but clean and has sun loungers as well as a shaded area to enjoy. For a family this place would be ideal with the second bedroom with two single beds and there is also a pull out couch in the living room. For my wife and I it was fantastic for having a real homey feel where we could relax and host some of our Mexican friends for dinner and drinks. We even had a “carne asada” on the provided outdoor grill. Overall we loved this home away from home and we will definitely back!

The condo was as advertised, with it being within easy walk to the beach, 5th Ave or the supermarket on 10th for any supplies needed. It was a clean and comfortable facility with a great patio for morning coffee.

Wonderful location, easy access to the beach, 5th ave and the grocery store. I’ve been to Playa 3 times and this was my favorite accommodation. The place was spacious and the outside areas were great. Highly recommend.

This is the most well-equipped apartment we've ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable. We didn't use the outside spaces due to the humidity but they were lovely.We had an issue with one of the toilets during our stay but this was resolved by the host within an hour of us notifying them. I can't get a plumber that quickly at home :)Our only recommendation is maybe a darker curtain for the main bedroom as there's a street light across the road.Location is close enough to Avenue 5 to be walkable but not so close that you can hear much noise - and only a mile or so from the ferry terminal.Playa del Carmen itself wasn't really our cup of tea, but this apartment was truly excellent.
