This was a great spot in Grand Lake for a multi-generational family vacation. Highly recommend!

Comfy little house close to town with plenty of beds. Would be even better if there were access to a washer and dryer. The kitchen is well stocked for meal prep. The beds are comfortable but I suggest you bring your own pillow. Hot tub is nice after a long day of hiking, but the lodge next door is right on top of you as you relax and soak. Easy short walk to town.

Nice house. Plenty of room. We really enjoyed the hot tub and had a bedroom on the ground floor, good for one of us not jazzed about stairs. The only downside was no washer and dryer which I didn’t realize. Had to do some hand washing.

I cannot thank the Host and my contact people enough. They went above and beyond to make a holiday weekend with my children amazing. The house was even better than I expected. We had a wonderful time.
