Welcome to the Ravenwood Lodge. You will enter the property on the ground level with a spacious 3 car garage.
On the second level of the Lodge there are two bedrooms with a connecting bathroom. Each with their own half bathroom and a shared shower in the middle. Laundry units conveniently located on this floor.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, Smart TV and private balcony.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Twin over Twin trundle bed, Smart TV and Private balcony.
On the 3rd level of the Lodge is the master bedroom, a full size bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, living room, and primary balcony.
Bedroom 3: King bed, Smart TV and private balcony.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with cooking essentials, Drip coffee maker, toaster, blender and 6 seat dining table.
Living room: Sleeper sofa and love seat, Smart TV and electric fireplace.
Primary Balcony with seating and tables for morning coffee.
Guests have full access to the house and garage.

Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors. Grand Lake is located in a high wildfire risk area, and local fire restrictions are frequently in effect.
Violation Fee: $1,000
No Parties or Events
This home is intended for registered guests to relax and enjoy. Parties, events, excessive gatherings, or disruptive behavior are not permitted at any time.
Violation Fee: $500
Pets
Pets are only permitted with prior written approval.
Unauthorized pets will result in:
$300 unauthorized pet fee per pet
$50 per night per pet
Additional cleaning or damage charges if necessary
Quiet Hours
Please respect our neighbors and the peaceful mountain community.

10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
During these hours please:
Keep voices low outdoors
No loud music
No excessive noise on decks, patios, or driveways
Violation Fee: $300 per incident.
Registered Guests Only
Only guests included on the reservation may be on the property unless prior approval has been granted. Any number of guests exceeding the registered guests will be considered in violation for having a party.

Please report any accidental damage immediately. Most issues can be resolved quickly when communicated honestly.
