On the first floor, you will find two guest bedroom suites, one featuring a queen bed and one featuring two twin beds. Each bedroom boasts its own private bathroom with shower/tub combinations and single vanities. A laundry closet is conveniently located on the first floor. Wi-Fi and cable TV are included. On the second floor, you will find a cozy loft area perfect for a lazy afternoon of reading or a little quiet time.  The loft area is also ideal for those working remotely, offering ample workspace with a table and chairs and plenty of opportunities for deep thinking on the private balcony.  The spacious owner’s suite offers his and her closets, a large bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combination.

Sandestin Resort Beach Parking
•Free parking lot: Located north of the Beach House Restaurant, just past the Dunes Putting Course. This is a larger gravel/Geogrid lot (about 150 spaces) and requires a longer walk to the beach access.
•Paid parking lot: Located south of the free lot, beyond the access gate, much closer to the beach. The fee is $20 per day for visitors.
