Enjoy a dreamy stay at the Pearl House in historic American Beach! This home is situated on Amelia Island just minutes from the Omni Plantation, beautiful golf courses, and 12-15 min. from downtown Fernandina Beach. Our cottage is one of just 4 homes on a quiet, dead-end lane offering peace and tranquility for your vacation! Master bedroom and master bath are on the ground floor, 2nd bedroom and full bath are upstairs. This property has a private backyard with shade trees, screened porch, and is just a few short blocks to the beach! The kitchen is equipped with coffee, filters, coffee pot, and necessities for preparing home cooked meals. Towels, beach chairs, and umbrella are provided for those long beach days! You will not want to leave once you experience this getaway to Amelia!

This house was perfect for a girls weekend with four of us and so close to the beach. Even got to hit the farmers market which is every Saturday!

3rd year staying at the Pearl House and it was great as usual. House was clean and everything was ready for a great vacation.

This is a great property! Easy walk to the beach, quiet street, convenient to Harris Teeter and dining. Downtown Fernandina Beach is a short drive. Nearby municipal golf course has 27 holes and is a great value. Beach chairs and towels are provided and very good quality. Tesla drivers should top off in Yulee at Wawa before crossing the bridge. Highly recommend and Kerby is awesome.

Good location, clean, carport, outside seating. Cons: only couch, worn out, big dip in middle. Not relaxing Master bed, 3 inch eggcrate. That says it all, big dip.
