Situated on the 2nd Floor (in a 3-Storey period building) the Studio was completely renovated in Spring 2019. Luxury fittings mixed with urban wall-art, site comfortably alongside hi-end decorative finishes. Combined they give the property a fresh & welcoming character.

However we would also urge visitors to also make the most of this wonderful local neighbourhood. Fitzrovia has a longstanding reputation for attracting ‘creative minds’ of all ages. Giving this area an upmarket, but friendly feel. Something sorely missing from many other 'Exclusive. But not Inclusive' areas within Central London.
Many of the street surrounding the apartment have seen an upsurge in Restaurant openings in recent years. Alongside the already broad range of long-standing venues, this almost guarantees you will be able to find something to suit anyones taste & within almost everyones budget!
Goodge Street itself was originally colonised by Italian immigrants. After many decided to relocate from nearby Soho (the red-light district & social heart of London in 1950’s & 60’s. Their aim was to avoid further cultural confrontation. However this rich culinary history of this Italian influx remains still evident to this day.
Foodie or simply hungry! You are guaranteed to find a diverse range of world-wide cuisines on offer. There is also a choice of 3 large Supermarkets close-by. Where you can buy fresh produce & other items. Should you prefer to stay home & cook.

I spent a week at this fantastic studio in Fitzrovia - a flat with high end amenities for the kitchen and bathroom, right in one of the best parts of London. There are tons of restaurants, bars & grocery stores nearby, and Soho itself is just a 10 min walk away! I work remotely and the flat setup (desk table/wifi etc) was perfect for my meetings. Kitchen is amazing wt Nespresso machine, fancy Bosch cooktop & microwave, cooking vessels, dishes etc. I loved the attention to detail - multiple towels, coffee pods, sugar were thoughtfully. Bathroom was fancy with temperature controlled settings etc. Only things really missing were (1) a washing machine and (2) full AC - it was unseasonably hot in London during my stay and the portable AC in the flat was ok but still hot.The host Mariya is an total gem! She was super responsive to my messages, helped me do my laundry in one of the other apartments and even folded my clothes because I was busy! Very thankful for her help - I would stay here again just because of her hospitality!Overall, I would highly recommend this place for solo travelers in central London!

Excellent communication before and during stay. Lovely well equiped apartment with complimentary coffee, milk and kitchen essentials. Perfect location for exploring London. Planning to return.

Good communication with Scott & Mariya from the outset. It was nice to be in the apartment from 1pm and nice to be met by Mariya and shown around. The apartment was as described and the few goodies were appreciated - especially the fizz!Great location - very central.Great price.Loved our trip. Would happily stay again.

The landlady, Marya, was a gem.The flat I was given was not the flat that I booked and is shown on the VRBO website. That room was upstairs and had a washing machine, one of my specific requirements for renting a flat. Mine didn’t. There was a dryer in a stair landing closet.The landlady ended up doing a load of laundry for me.The building entry door has a latch that can be very hard to open with the key. The landlady broke her key in it the second or third day I was there, trying to get it to work better.The flat was clean.Like all flats I have rented in the past couple of years, there is little room for suitcases except on the floor. Hotel rooms can be even worse.I found the stove hard to control the heat on.There is an M&S a few blocks away for groceries, and tube stations north and south on Tottenham Court Road.The landlady provided an in-room air conditioning unit, which ran constantly, which was a godsend.Richard
