The house is beautiful and exactly as listed. I have stayed in the area 3 times in the past and this was my favorite house. Location is perfect!

This cottage was very nicely remodeled and conveniently located. Restaurants and stores are nearby, and Nokomis Beach and Venice Beach are close too. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and we took several walks around the neighborhood during our stay. The owner was quick to respond and answered any questions we had.
