This fully refurbished apartment is ideally situated between the heart of estepona and it's beautiful port. It comprises of 3 spacious bedrooms, modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a large lounge/diner. The apartment has a large balcony to the front and side which allows for stunning sea views of the med, vision of gibraltar / morocco and the recently landscaped promenade. The beach is minutes walk away which permits you to take the chairs provided to relax in and save on hire charges. Estepona has retained its customs and traditions whilst combining them with modern and tourist aspects. The square is a 5 minute walk with banks, shops, variety of restaurants and picturesque residences. The marina is less than 10 minutes walk and has a vast range of restaurants where you can sit and watch the boats or charter one yourself and get to see the dolphins. Buffer days in between stays to make sure the property is aired and disinfected in between guests.

The apartment is perfectly situated right on the beachfront overlooking the pedestrianised promenade affording superb beach and sea views. Equidistant between the port and the old town, everything was in easy reach including supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants - all within a 10/15 minute amble away. The apartment is spacious and well-proportioned was very well equipped. The TV hosted all UK tv channels and well as all major streaming channels and the wifi worked perfectly. The host was friendly and very communicative and easy to contact. The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were well equipped with plenty of towels. Estepona is a beautiful town, bedecked with flowers and retaining traditional Spanish architecture and atmosphere. The apartment offers and perfect location to fully explore Estepona as well as the immediate locality. We found the locals very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We thoroughly recommend this apartment and Estepona for a relaxing holiday.

Right in the heart of Estapona’s shops restaurants and bars. Choice of a mass of well priced supermarkets close by.
The apartment has everything to offer . Lovely balcony with best sea view to watch the sunrise.
The host and manager of the property were faultless in any enquiry I made.
A small comment I would make is it is probably due a little facelift.

The apartment was overlooking the beach but there was no access as advertised due to the construction going on. We weren't told of this until after the full refund date. The 2nd bathroom was a converted closet I think.
