Cet appartement entièrement rénové est idéalement situé entre le cœur d'Estepona et son magnifique port. Il comprend 3 chambres spacieuses, une cuisine moderne, 2 salles de bains et un grand salon / salle à manger. L'appartement dispose d'un grand balcon à l'avant et sur le côté qui permet une vue imprenable sur la mer de la Méditerranée, une vision de Gibraltar / Maroc et la promenade récemment aménagée. La plage est à quelques minutes à pied ce qui vous permet de prendre les chaises fournies pour vous détendre et économiser sur les frais de location. Estepona a conservé ses coutumes et traditions tout en les combinant avec des aspects modernes et touristiques. La place est à 5 minutes à pied avec des banques, des magasins, une variété de restaurants et de résidences pittoresques. La marina est à moins de 10 minutes à pied et dispose d'une vaste gamme de restaurants où vous pouvez vous asseoir et regarder les bateaux ou en louer un vous-même et voir les dauphins. Des marchés fantastiques ont lieu à la fois dans la marina et sur la place d'Estepona et dans les supermarchés à proximité avec un très grand magasin à 20 minutes à pied.

The apartment is perfectly situated right on the beachfront overlooking the pedestrianised promenade affording superb beach and sea views. Equidistant between the port and the old town, everything was in easy reach including supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants - all within a 10/15 minute amble away. The apartment is spacious and well-proportioned was very well equipped. The TV hosted all UK tv channels and well as all major streaming channels and the wifi worked perfectly. The host was friendly and very communicative and easy to contact. The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were well equipped with plenty of towels. Estepona is a beautiful town, bedecked with flowers and retaining traditional Spanish architecture and atmosphere. The apartment offers and perfect location to fully explore Estepona as well as the immediate locality. We found the locals very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We thoroughly recommend this apartment and Estepona for a relaxing holiday.

Right in the heart of Estapona’s shops restaurants and bars. Choice of a mass of well priced supermarkets close by.
The apartment has everything to offer . Lovely balcony with best sea view to watch the sunrise.
The host and manager of the property were faultless in any enquiry I made.
A small comment I would make is it is probably due a little facelift.

First about the apartment, it was as advertised a 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom. The balcony was the 2nd best part, amazing view and room for 5 adults. Kitchen has all the necessary appliances and tools. The only nitpicky thing was the 2nd bathroom, the shower was very tight by "American" standards, again I'm just being nitpicky.
The best part was the support received by the owner Neelum, and the property manager, Lydia. We rented a car and got impossibly lost due to construction in the area. Lydia met us and guided us to the apartment.
You're a 10 minute walk from Old Town and all the restaurants.
If we vacation in Estepona again, we will surely rebook.

The apartment was overlooking the beach but there was no access as advertised due to the construction going on. We weren't told of this until after the full refund date. The 2nd bathroom was a converted closet I think.
