Our stay was wonderful as always. It is wonderfully located close to the beach and the pool is the heart of the experience. And we hope to see new furniture in the great room very soon. The existing furniture is now badly worn out and uncomfortable for family gatherings. We hope to rent the home again in the fall, but would love to see fresh chairs and sofas in the common area to make our visit even more enjoyable.

This home was perfect for family visiting from out of state. Nice quiet neighborhood with 2 minute walk to a private walkway to beach. Two living areas and large screened in porch made plenty of room for family to spread out or all come together. Pool was larger than most rentals. Extremely clean and well stocked. Beach towels and chairs were included. Recommend highly.

Enjoyed our visit and accommodation. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and bathrooms were clean. Very easy access to the beach through a community gate. Reasonable (6-7 minute) walk. We had a plugged shower drain on day one, Property management had maintenance correct the situation by day three. Our only complaint is regarding the pool. There is a berry tree by the pool that dropped berries all the time. Some directly into the pool and others around the pool deck. We swept trying to keep them out of the pool and off the pool deck. Pool cleaning was done twice while we were there.

We had a wonderful 7-day stay at this home. It was gorgeous, well- maintained, clean, and in a quiet location within a very reasonable walking distance to the beach even for young children. We enjoyed several home-cooked meals to balance eating out and the house was stocked with all cookware needed. The drive to areas such as Sea Pines/Harbortown, Coligny, and Shelter Cove never felt long or difficult. We thoroughly enjoyed daily walks through well-manicured and shaded Port Royal and a few early AM trips to nearby Barnacle Brews coffee truck. We are already planning our next trip back to HHI!
