The first level features an open floor plan with an abundance of space for entertaining family and friends. The living room offers comfortable seating with a Roku streaming TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, a coffee maker and more, so you can easily prepare meals. The laundry room provides added storage with a full-size washer and dryer for guest use. You can enjoy meals at the kitchen peninsula, dining room or under the shade of the back patio dining area. The patio features a propane grill and offers a view of the lagoon and golf course.
Bedroom 1 is located on the first level away from the living room for added privacy. It features a king-sized bed, patio access and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite has a walk-in shower and connects to the hallway for guest use. 2 bedrooms are located on the second level, each with an ensuite and private balcony. Bedroom 2 features 2 full-sized beds and an ensuite with a shower/tub combo. This bedroom offers the best view of the lagoon and golf course! Bedroom 3 features a queen-sized bed and an ensuite with a shower/tub combo. This balcony offers a view of the luscious greenery that the Shipmaster community has to offer.
Shipmaster has private tennis courts and a community pool that is open April – October (weather permitting). The villa is located almost at the end of the street which offers added privacy and quieter traffic while still being close to everything in the community. You can easily get to the Shipyard Beach Club & Van Der Meer Tennis (0.4 miles) by walking or biking, the path is just a few villas down. Location is everything and this villa offers a little bit of everything!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and very nicely decorated. We loved the location in Shipyard as well. We would definitely consider staying in this property again.

My family had a wonderful stay at the villa. We had been to shipyard before so we knew we would LOVE the location! The kitchen was tight for space but we made it work. We brought our crockpot since the villa didn’t supply one. We enjoyed the beach chairs and bikes after some confusion on the listing. We thought we had 300 to spend on an activity but when we called they said there was just a voucher for chairs and bike- the listing was misleading in that regard. We had a wonderful time and the villa was perfect for what we needed. Highly recommend!

We stayed here June 19-25! The whole experience was excellent! We had a relaxing vacation at the beach! Coastal Vacation Rental was excellent to work with. They were very responsive and helpful! Highly recommended!

The property has a cozy feel. It was clean for the most part. One of the bathrooms required some touch up cleaning. The kitchen felt a little tight, but it was well done. It was very well equipped. There was nothing we needed which we could not find. The bedrooms were well done. The main bedroom on the 1st floor had sliding doors. They didn’t feel secure enough. I liked the Nest thermostat. I did not like that it felt cooler downstairs than it did upstairs. In the main bedroom during the night there was some sound I could never identify that interrupted my sleep each of our 4 nights. It was a constant annoyance. I slept with the television on the drown out the noise. Needless to say I did not have restful sleep while I was there. I like the property had seating areas on the front and back. When we went to get our keys there were two different coastal vacations offices. We went in the coastal vacations rentals office. We stood there waiting for someone to assist us. There was nothing bell to call for anyone. After about 10 minutes I walked out and went to the other office which appeared to be more for sales. The young lady said this is where we pick up our check in info. I told her we’d been waiting in the other office for a while. She said, that’s an old office. We’re waiting to sell that office. Why is it open if it isn’t operational. I wasn’t offered an apology for the inconvenience and there was no mention someone would lock the other office.
