Our property is strategically located, allowing you to explore the beauty of the Riviera di Ponente and the French Riviera. Our property features a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes and wine glasses, induction cooktop and pots, fully equipped hand blender, kitchen scale). The bathroom features a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. There is a small laundry area with a washing machine (complete with a drying rack). A bed and a sofa bed are provided, along with bed linens and bath, face, and bidet towels for each guest. The apartment has recently been completely renovated.
Within the residence’s grounds, there is a private parking space for the exclusive use of the apartment. Also within the residence is an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by greenery and supervised by a lifeguard (open from June 15 to September 15; closed on Tuesdays).
