The beach view was gorgeous, and Colony Reef is always an excellent place for access to the beach and a wonderful, large pool that they keep very clean! We've been coming to Colony Reef for many years, and have been in many different condos. The condo was overall nice and had all that you would need for a stay on the beach! Our main concern was that we found 4-5 large palmetto bugs (roaches) coming out at night in the living room and kitchen. We found moldy candy under the couch, which could be the culprit. They did send someone to do a quick spray around the kitchen area and living room, so that helped a bit as we found some dead roaches the next day. However, the place also had a "worn" look. And with finding the moldy candy in and around the couch, was not as clean as other condos we've visited. The bedrooms had nice, comfortable beds, but the small window in the front large bedroom had a heavy curtain over it we couldn't open, and there was no light in the room except one small lamp. It was very dark and hard to navigate for my young adult kids. The bunk room was made for young kids, but the lamps were hard to turn on, and seemed a little broken. Lighting was an issue. Overall, our stay was nice, but until they updated some of the areas, did a more thorough cleaning and hired a pest control company to do more than a little spraying with a pest control product from the local home improvement store, we wouldn't probably stay here again.

We had an amazing 4 days at this condo. It was exactly as listed. The host was amazing to work with. Due to a storm that had come through before our arrival the Internet went out. We messaged the issue and before noon they had someone there to change out the box. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our 4th stay at this facility. We love it here! I loved the ocean view, the easy access to the pool and the beach walk way. Our unit was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Will return in April for spring break. One downside: parking is a challenge

The place was fairly well stocked with things we needed during our stay. My only complaint would be that some of the beds had sand in them and others had spots and smelled as though they had not been recently laundered. I had to wash linens before my daughter could sleep. The food trucks were a nice surprise. Beach access and the pool and the amount of room we had were all great!
