We have been staying at Colony Reef Club for about 5 straight years now and in several different units, but this unit has the most well stocked kitchen of them all. We absolutely love the unit we were in. Loved it sooo much that we already have it booked for next year We love that the courtyard is a place our kids can get together and play. Our grandkids have meet friend there over the years that are there the same time we are every year and they get to reunite and spend time with each other.

However, the old adage of - “There’s no place like Home” is often the truth. We have experienced that feeling for the previous 6 years we have rented, until this year. This Condo not only is well appointed, but you can feel the thought and love the owners have put into it, with the comfort of their guest, most in mind. As soon as I walked in, I got an immediate feeling of “home.” It is also our second year of renting from Colony Reef, and I can’t say enough words as to how well managed and maintained it is. The grounds are immaculate and everything was spotlessly clean, which with Covid was a very main concern of ours this year. They are extremely prompt in addressing any issues or services you may need. The complex has great amenities and is in a great location with easy access to the local restaurants and attractions. We already look forward to our next winter here.
