Under new ownership! Enjoy the wonderful view of the courtyard, pool, and ocean from this newly renovated and new to the rental program 4th floor condo. The spacious living room has plenty of seating for the whole family and the dining room table comfortably seats 6. The newly renovated kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped for a stay of any length and is equipped with a full size washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and a renovated en suite bath with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds and the third bedroom, also known as the “Crow’s Nest,” has two twin beds.
All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

We had a great time enjoying all the amenities at Colony Reef. We look forward to our next chance to get away to Saint Augustine. The unit was all we could have hoped for. The owners show pride in maintaining their unit.Thanks again, Dirk A.

Great location. Reasonably decent room. A few of the dishes were not cleaned when I first used them. The no-smoking policy in the entire complex was very disappointing. Nice gym and game room with great options. Idea of Pickle Ball is very misleading since there is no net for that game (just the tennis net).
