Enjoy a beautiful view of both the outdoor pool and the beach from this 3rd floor condo. With a spacious living room and plenty of seating, this condo is great for everyone in the family to gather and watch the sunrise or enjoy a movie night in at the end of a long day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a stackable washer and dryer and a drip coffee pot. There is a king size bed in the primary bedroom with a newly updated en suite bathroom complete with a walk in shower, and the guest bedroom has a queen bed, and a twin. The smaller third bedroom, or the “Crow’s Nest” have four twin beds. Please note, as this is a Silver rated condo it is important to note that much of the décor, appliances, and furniture is original.
All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

Colony Reef is a fabulous place for families to vacation together. The property is well cared for, the staff are very friendly and responsive, the kids have plenty to do and proximity to the beach is perfect. This is our third year vacationing here and hopefully it will be a family tradition for years to come!

The complex in general was overall nice. the main pool and grounds were well taken care of. Our main issues were with the unit itself. Upon entering the unit, it was clear the unit wasn't cleaned or maybe was vacuumed and that was about it. we spent a lot of time cleaning before settling in, which no one wants to do after being in the car for 14 hours. The property did refund the housekeeping fee (without me asking), which was nice. Now, when you check in there is a form in the packet for maintenance issues that they suggest filling out as soon as you get there so they can address any issues immediately. I sent an email regarding the maintenance request the same night we checked in. Our biggest issue was not one single interior door latched properly .... so you couldn't lock any of the doors (including the bathrooms). Maintenance did not come at all during our stay. that was disappointing. The staff was extremely nice and the beach is lovely, but due to the unit issues, i am not sure i would come back to this property specifically.
