This bright, spacious home is perfect for families, equipped with everything you need, and located just a 10-minute walk from the beach and less than 5 minutes from downtown.

This property is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service for vacation rentals that’s dedicated to its guests!

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, near the “La Capricieuse” campground.

You’ll enter through the foyer with a walk-in closet, then into the dining room that seats 7 people, and the living area with a sofa, TV, and a working wood-burning stove (a supply of firewood is available in the garden).

You’ll also find the fully equipped kitchen on the first floor:

Through the kitchen, you can access the garage, where you’ll find a washing machine and space to store your bikes or motorcycles. However, you will not be able to park your car in the garage.

You’ll also have access to a veranda where you can play a game of pool and enjoy the sun.
There’s also a covered section of the veranda where you’ll find a gas grill.

You can enjoy the garden and the two patios (one in front of and one behind the house) for dining or simply relaxing.
