Unit 204 is right next to the World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The Pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner, drinks and live music, there is something for everyone. Bringing kids? You can visit the arcade or ice cream shop during the day, and go for a romantic dinner at night. You are also only a few minutes from the Famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.
This unit comes with everything you would need on a vacation such as free high-speed wireless internet, beach toys and accessories, linens, towels, a full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer and much more. You can comfortably sleep 5 people with a king bed in both bedrooms and only a queen air mattress in the living room. The balcony is great given its Southern exposure, which offers a view of the ocean and the most sunlight! There are big glass sliding doors in the living room & master bedroom, both of which open up to separate balconies.
Chateau By The Sea is one of the few buildings with an oceanfront heated pool so you can swim and enjoy a great view of the pier and ocean. In addition there is a 360 degree roof deck which is perfect for viewing shuttle launches, sunsets or just sunbathing! This is the only complex in Cocoa Beach with a roof top deck that allows weekly rentals.

Great property in a great location! Staff was great and answered questions cheerily and promptly even before arrival. Had a glitch with the AC and the response to repair was very quick - great job!!The place was spotless, well kept and well stocked. The beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie board were a great touch as well.Pool and surrounding area was clean. Chairs and loungers in good repair.Overall a cozy property and never felt crowded. Ample parking, some under cover was great too. Easy access from a street that never seemed busy.Great stay - already planning our return!Oh yeah, had a great view of a rocket launch too! Thank you!

We had a wonderful time here. One of the beach chairs broke and they replaced it in only an hour! Great service. Our only "wish" was a sofa with recliner to prop your feet up. Living room furniture not the most comfy.

The unit fit my family’s needs with having a full kitchen, and the living room was spacious for us the gather in the evenings.It was very clean and very comfortable beds in both rooms. I really loved that it also provided beach chairs and umbrellas for our beach days. The host was very quick to respond to a couple of questions I had prior to check in. We will definitely be back to stay again.
