We had the best time at this condo unit! It was so clean and nice and everything was as described. We loved the nice beach chairs they supplied. The rooftop view was amazing! I would highly recommend this condo and this rental agency. They were very informative and always just a text away. Thanks so such for a great stay! If you are looking for a place in Cocoa Beach definitely book this one!

We had a side view of the ocean, but right on the beach which was awesome! Place was clean and had everything from beach chairs, towels, and even a boogie board. The roof top area had chairs and tables and a fantastic view! The only thing I would change is to have more comfortable furniture in the living room, it felt like a waiting room. But Great location! Would stay here again.Zareh with Happy Palms Stays was wonderful and very attentive!
