This ideal retreat will be your home away from home, where everything is here to start your get-away. At 660 square feet, with tropical decor, this upgraded home starts in the living room which has very nice leather furniture and television. The kitchen, with granite counter space and newer kitchen appliances comes fully prepared for your visit with all the essentials to make your stay enjoyable. There is also a dining area, just outside the kitchen, perfect for playing games, or enjoying a meal. The living room has a large leather sofa. The private balcony offers some of the best ocean views available. Here is the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite cocktail while witnessing some of the most beautiful Florida sunsets.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed and television. This is a perfect unit for a couple. Kitchen utensils, linens, extra pillows and sufficient towels are fully stocked upon arrival. Please note this is a non-smoking home.
When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. Naturally from this ideal location, you are just steps from the gorgeous gulf beaches and huge heated swimming pool that will be popular with the entire family. BBQ facilities provided.

Property was nice and very clean. We will stay here again. It was convenient to walk to restaurants if needed and good view of beach. Bed was comfortable and furniture was comfortable. Unit was updated and comfortable with everything needed. Refrigerator kept things very cold and worked well. Plenty of room for 2 people. Full length mirror on closet door was a plus. Our only complaint was that the thermometer had a note not to adjust temp below 72 and the room was a bit warm even with curtains closed and felt warmer at night. I think that was throughout the property and not related to this unit. It was very nice and we would definitely stay here again.

This particular unit needed upgraded and had very low water pressure in the bathroom sink and shower. Pool was hazy a couple of days along with trash not picked up in the common area.
