Surf Song #226 - This beachfront Studio Efficiency is perfect for couples looking for a memorable Florida vacation along south Madeira Beach. Enjoy the beautiful beach and gulf views from the large picture windows. The main area includes fresh tropical decor, flat screened TV as well as reclining leather loveseat. A comfortable king sized bed, and complete kitchen with full size appliances finishes off the space. As with all SunHost properties, the unit is meticulously spotless and welcoming, which is why guests come back year after year. Kitchen utensils, linens, extra pillows and sufficient towels are fully stocked upon arrival. Please note there is no phone in this unit. Free Wifi.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.
When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

We've been coming to Surf Song Resort for many years because we truly love this place. The location is hard to beat, the beach is beautiful, and we always enjoy staying here. Our room was great overall, we loved the layout, the beach view, and the overall setup.That said, there were a few issues during this stay. The couch is definitely showing its age and could use replacing, and for some reason the mattress left us waking up with sore backs almost every morning.When we checked in, we were told there was a repair order for the TV. The TV operates through the internet, and because there was no internet service, we had no TV or internet for our entire first evening. Neither worked until the following morning. After a long day of traveling, we were really looking forward to relaxing, watching TV, and getting online, so it was disappointing and very inconvenient.The last night of our stay, the air conditioner stopped working for the entire night and didn't come back on until the morning. That made for a very uncomfortable night's sleep.The staff is a bit of a mixed bag. Some employees were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond, while others weren't nearly as friendly.Even with these issues, we still love Surf Song Resort and plan to return. We do feel that some type of compensation or goodwill gesture for the first night's loss of TV and internet service would have been appropriate, but we don't expect that will happen. One other thing worth mentioning is that the resort's rules are among the strictest we've encountered at any vacation rental.Overall, despite a few frustrating inconveniences, this is still a place we enjoy because of its fantastic location, beautiful beach, and comfortable accommodations. We hope some updates to the furniture and a little more attention to guest service will make future stays even better.

We had a great stay. The accommodations were perfect for just the 2 of us. The hotel was well kept, pool area was clean and well kept and being right on the beach was perfect. Love our whole trip
