A wonderful great room with space for the whole family, a big kitchen, and expansive decks with full views of the Gulf put luxury, comfort, and relaxation at the center of every stay.

Nearly floor-to-ceiling views of the sea and sand stretch across the main floor great room, which spans the full width of the house. A dining table with extra bar seating handles meals for the whole group, and a spacious seating area with a smart TV is ready for entertainment. The large kitchen has 2 full refrigerators, an oven and range, a dishwasher, an undercounter ice maker, drip and Keurig coffee makers, lots of counter space, and every other essential for feeding the family. 2 King bedrooms are on this level, each with an adjoining bathroom, and one of those bathrooms also opens to the hall. A large laundry room completes the floor.

4 bedrooms fill the top floor. The beachfront primary King bedroom has a Twin daybed and trundle, direct access to a large beachfront porch, and a deluxe private bathroom with a double vanity, bathtub, and separate shower. A bedroom with a pair of Queen beds and a private bathroom comes next, followed by 2 Queen bedrooms, one of which has an adjoining bathroom with hall access that the other can use as well.

Outside, two floors of beachfront porches give guests plenty of room to relax in the sea breeze and take in the Gulf views. The porch just off the great room has space for al fresco dining, and a charcoal grill on the ground floor makes it easy to turn a meal into a cookout. Additional shaded space nearby offers even more room to relax and eat, so a beachside barbecue is always within reach. A few steps over the dunes, your own beautiful stretch of private sugar-white sand beach awaits, and an outdoor shower makes rinsing off the sand quick so you can get back to relaxing.

Southern Grace sits 2.6 miles west of Gulf Shores Pkwy in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, just moments from the town's restaurants and attractions. Lagoon Park Place is only a couple minutes' walk away, a great spot to watch Gulf Coast wildlife and see the Gulf and Little Lagoon waters intertwine.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
