Modern, newly renovated apartment located in the heart of El Arenal, one of the best areas in Seville’s city center. Ideal for families or groups of up to 6 people.
Located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, this bright apartment offers natural light in every room. The spacious living room is furnished with high-quality pieces and includes a double sofa bed (1.40 x 1.90 m). The modern, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for your stay.
There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.50 x 1.90 m) and the other with two single beds (0.90 x 1.90 m). The independent bathroom is large and features an easy-access walk-in shower.
Set on the quiet Calle Velarde in the Arenal neighborhood, the apartment is just a short walk from Seville’s main landmarks: the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Maestranza Bullring, the Torre del Oro, and the Archivo de Indias. The surrounding area offers a wide range of supermarkets, small shops, and some of the city’s best restaurants and tapas bars.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. The apartment is very nice, just like in the photographs. We liked the location - within walking distance of most cultural sites. This apartment is operated by a hospitality company and they have a rigorous process to ensure that the place is clean and ready for guests - after the cleaners finish another person comes to check that everything is as it should be. A representative checks you in and explains everything including how to use the fancy appliances.

Well located, nice and clean apartment. We were greeted in a friendly matter by the host company. The place had several practical accessories in the kitchen. Both bedrooms had decent dimensions.
