27 m² of living space for up to 2 people:
- Functional, high-quality built-in cabinet with a comfortable sofa,
which can be converted into a comfortable bed in just a few simple steps;
TV, wingback chair, and closet
- Dining area for 2 people
- Kitchenette with oven, portable 2-burner induction cooktop, dishwasher,
refrigerator and freezer
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Entryway with coat rack
- Covered, furnished balcony
The apartment includes 1 covered parking space under Building D.
Max. 1 dog is welcome to stay for a fee!
Swim in the on-site pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, and 1.20 m deep, with a separate toddler pool, for the exclusive use of guests and owners of the Berolina), relax on the sunbed (for a fee), burn off some energy playing table tennis, test your accuracy at darts (please bring your own darts), and enjoy panoramic views of the Baltic Sea from three rooftop terraces...
Additional extras:
You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each floor from 1 to 4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee).
IMPORTANT—Good to know: The swimming pool will be closed in 2027 from calendar week 01 through calendar week 11!
