A friendly dog is welcome to "vacation" here for a fee.
With 38 m² of space, there’s plenty of room here for up to 2 people:
- Living room/bedroom with carpeted floors,
direct access to the covered, furnished balcony,
with a TV and sofa area,
integrated sleeping area with a fold-down bed and a closet
- Kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave with grill function, and an air fryer
- Dining area for 2 people
- Bathroom with bathtub and toilet
The apartment includes 2 outdoor parking spaces.
Swim in the on-site swimming pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, and 1.20 m deep, with a separate toddler pool; use restricted to guests and owners of the Berolina), relax on the sun loungers (for a fee), work up a sweat playing table tennis (rackets provided), test your accuracy at darts (please bring your own darts), and enjoy panoramic views of the Baltic Sea from three rooftop terraces...
Important Information:
Smoking is permitted only on the balcony!
Additional Extras:
Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in one of the two basement rooms in House An or in the bike storage room on the first floor between Houses An and B.
In Building D, there is one shared laundry room with a washer and dryer (for a fee) on each of floors 1 through 4.
IMPORTANT—Good to know: The swimming pool will be closed in 2027 from calendar week 01 through calendar week 11!
