This superb detached modern home is set in a peaceful and quiet location yet within a few minutes stroll you can be in the centre of the picturesque village of Croyde or on the wonderful sandy beach renowned for its surfing. For walkers take a stroll around Baggy Point the National Trust headland with spectacular views of the coastline.
Inside, the property is spacious and attractively presented, with underfloor heating each room is provided with individual room controls for your comfort. The spacious lounge is bright and airy with large comfortable sofas, feature inset fireplace, and french doors opening onto the decked patio and level lawn. A stylish, well equipped dining kitchen with large family table is complemented by solid woodwork surfaces and cream units. A bright dining room with french doors also opening to the garden offers the option for dining or alternative family space. On the first floor are four well-presented bedrooms and a separate family bathroom.
