With walking access to the scenic Black Mountain Greenway and just a short drive to downtown, this light-filled, thoughtfully appointed cottage makes an ideal home base for family getaways, weekend retreats, or longer stays. Enjoy mountain mornings on the covered back deck or take a stroll along the nearby Flat Creek Trail for an easy route into town.

• Dining room table that seats 6 and looks out towards the front porch
• Designated laundry room with an industrial-size sink and access to the outside of the home

• Covered front porch with several Adirondack chairs for ultimate relaxation

Pleasant and quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes from downtown and the highway. Dog friendly area with walking trail. Attractive and spacious house, with ample room for gathering. We would consider staying there again.
