During your stay, you can admire the breath-taking view of the beach as you listen to relaxing ocean waves. Spot wildlife, see serene sunsets, and enjoy all of the beauty that Alaska has to offer from right outside your windows! This one-bedroom unit is equipped with a small kitchen, equipped with a convection-oven microwave, stove-top burners, Keurig coffeee machine, etc. There's a huge 65" Smart TV to stream your favorite shows in the living room, with a Queen size sleeper sofa. A 50" screen TV in the bedroom, with a Queen size Sealy Hybrid bed. The bathroom has a shower stall, as well as wall-mounted mirror and hair dryer. All of the linens, towels, kitchen accessories, etc, are all provided. There's parking included, as well as laundry on site. And free Wifi!

Place was great, amazing view but didn’t see any wildlife outside. There is highway traffic noise being by the road but not too terrible. Walk by the beach was amazing. Place didn’t have any heater which it cooled down a bit with the cool breeze with the windows cracked. Asked the host and informed us there is a heater but we couldn’t find it and never got back with us. No checkout instructions so we just stripped the bed and cleaned dishes. Oh yeah there are other units in the building which we can hear their conversation while in the living area but not terrible. Laundry was for all units but we didn’t use it.

Clean and affordable accommodation (even the bathroom corners were clean). Great view of the Sound from the Eagle room. No wine glasses so we purchased two and donated them to the kitchen rather than pack them home. Besides the clean and views the best thing was how near we were to the Sitka Cross trailhead. We walked into town and back one day, saving us an unremarkable five minute car ride. So beautiful! And we hiked up to the marshes above the ferry terminal another day. Equally lovely. And while the lodging is not responsible for wildlife, Sitka was a great place to see so much. Highly recommend downloading the park service’s self-guided tour of the Totem poles. And see the raptor center and the fortress of the bear! Also the church and the Bishop’s House (sign up for a sweet little tour of the upstairs, as well). Highly recommend!

This place was awesome and had one of the best views in Sitka. Very clean, tidy and cool with the ocean breeze. A rental car is ideal to have since it’s a little way from town. Would stay here again!

Rooms great, shower unsafe, no handle. Commute to town difficult to impossible. Cruise ship passengers use all available cabs. View of bay incredible with eagles flying by and whales showing off
