The quiet and beautiful location, space around and inside the house, perfectly cleaned pool, cozy veranda, comfortable beds.
The drain of the shower inside the house was clogged. Fortunately there was a second bathroom. The kitchen and couches could use some renovation.

Close to a beautiful beach 20 minutes walk in one direction passing a lovely restaurant on the way and 25 minutes walk to Alcudia old town. Very peaceful apart from the Cockerells!
The WiFi isn't great and the air conditioning in the main bedroom doesn't work

Really loved this property it fitted with what we like, quiet, spacious and not to far away from everything. We only had a small problem with the Air conditioning leaking but the owner arrived 1 hr after I reported it and managed to fix it. The hot water needs a little planning as the tanks aren't very big so it means staggering showers. A hire car is a must for this property.
The Hot water could be improved. The oven has no symbols on the dials and this makes it difficult to use.
