Well-equipped kitchen with granite and subway tile backsplash. Stacked washer/dryer. Three flat satellite TVs. Private pool with chaise loungers. Wooden swings and picnic area with grills. The balcony has Gulf View. This is a low-density building with 60 units. Blackout curtains in each room.

Definitely an awesome place. Very short walk to the beach. Furnishings very lovely, clean and fresh. Great view of beach from patio. Communication with host was efficient. We enjoyed our stay!

We have stayed here several times and we will continue to stay here. The owners are great to work with and very attentive! In fact. We have met them the last 2 years as they were “fixing” or maintaining the property themselves ( a tv/cable issue and changing a filter) Great people! The location can’t be beat and we love that it is a “smaller” complex. The beach in front of it isn’t packed with people as it is in front of the 15story people. We can’t wait until next year!
