Tucked away just a block from the bay and roughly 1 block to the ocean is our newly remodeled Manhattan Shores condo. This ground floor unit has a shared patio with a BBQ. Inside you will find a renovated kitchen with top of the line appliances and bar seating for 4. The unit is equipped with a Stackable washer and dryer and full bathroom. The Master bedroom has a king bed, and there is also a sleeper futon in the living room. Plus this unit come with one small parking spot in the garage!

This property was exactly as listed! It filled the squares for us in all respects: nice king size bed, all the amenities, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located to get to all our favorite places around Mission and Pacific beach. Loved having the first floor for easy access to the patio.

The place was as advertised. The parking is tight and you do have a stackable washer and dryer in the unit. Not a shared coin-op laundry room.
