This ground floor unit does not have a view of the bay, which I was aware of, but is literally several steps away from the sand and water. For the price, the unit is very nice and had everything we needed. Great location not far from all our favorite restaurants, bars and shopping. We could hear the people above us talking and walking but they were in bed at a decent time so it wasn't a problem for us at all.

Parking in Idaho is much more friendly. CA too many people so spaces are smaller.Great location. Mission Bay on the front side and a very short distance to the ocean.ThanksKelly

it was perfect location and loved the added benefit of free bikes or other gear. we took advantage of it entire time we were here.

Unfortunately, this rental did not meet expectations. The cleanliness was not worth the cleaning fee. The bathroom had visible mold, and we had to clean the showers, tubs, and toilets ourselves before using them.The home felt quickly and poorly put together. The bathroom mirror was missing pieces and felt like it could fall off the wall when touched. The shelves were missing pieces, making them unusable. The shower pan was not properly installed, so water drained to the back instead of the drain, making it hard to rinse sand from the beach. The shower pipe was loose and felt like it might pull through the wall when adjusted.Several fixtures and finishes were poor quality. The sink faucet moved every time it was used, cabinets were cheaply made and noisy, and the closet doors appeared to be painted plywood that would not stay shut. Since the hallway was narrow, we kept bumping into them. The cookware and utensils were cheap and worn.The flooring appeared newer and was one of the few positives. However, the paint was poorly done, the walls were dirty, and the colors were mismatched and dingy. Thankfully, the home did not smell bad.Parking was a major issue. We were only told after booking that the spot was for a compact car. Large vehicles made it so tight that we had to crawl out the hatch. The exterior washer was old, smelled like mold, and had hair and grime inside.Overall, this property needs serious cleaning, repairs, and better disclosure before renting again.
