Private: property 1'200 m2 (fenced), lawn, swimming pool (7 x 3 m, depth 110 cm, seasonal availability: 30. Jun. - 01. Sep.). Paddling pool, outdoor shower, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 2.5 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Nádraží Řeporyje" 200 m, railway station "Nádraží Řeporyje" 200 m, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Very nice house, garden and pool. The surrounding area is nothing special, but easy to go to Prague by car or train. The house itself totally makes it up for the area.
