Everything you come to Panama City for is at your disposal at this location. Walk out of the complex and across the street with a private access to the beach and 5 private pools on the complex property. Rooftop access with a pool, a hot tub, and beautiful views. ...This unit is on the 4th floor.

This property was nice. We had a great time. However my review is about the host. PHENOMENAL, is all that I can say. Ray was fantastic. I have stayed with Vrbo properties and other rental property websites in the past however, I have NEVER come across a host that was this considerate and responsive. Ray is amazing.

Very nice and has so many things to do and eat without even leaving the property. Wish there was a better beach access with a ramp but that didn’t have anything to do with Laketown wharf I guess

Great property, very close to the beach, great pool and property amenities (4 of the 5 pools were open while we were there). There's a kids pool literally right outside the front door and it's open 8am-10pm. The parking is also right outside the door.Our family of 4 had plenty of room, the kids liked the bunk beds. There were even beach toys, buckets, chairs. We were all set.
