Spend the afternoon floating in the pool, then gather around the poker table in the game room for a little friendly competition. When you want sand and sun, the beach is a 7-minute walk. Everyone finds their own version of a good day, and you come back together at the big outdoor dining table by the canal as the sun sets over the water.

• Paver courtyard with lounge seating and string lights between the two wings
• Outdoor dining table by the dock with a canal view and a gas BBQ, for grilling the day's catch after a boat outing
• Game room in the front wing: one arcade machine, foosball, poker table, 75" smart TV, a cabinet of board games, a popcorn machine, and a wet bar with a sink. It's its own hangout space when the group wants to split up

• A full kitchen in each wing, each with a fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, plus small appliances

Guest access
🗝️ Guests have exclusive access to the entire property: both wings, the courtyard, the pool and backyard, the dock, and the outdoor dining area. Two spaces are locked and off-limits: the owner's closet in the office and the utility room by the front wing dining table.

🚪 ACCESS: The main entrance is in the front wing. Self check-in with a smart lock. To reach the back wing, you cross the courtyard.

🚗 PARKING: Free parking on the property for up to 6 vehicles in the driveway. No on-street parking, as required by the City of Fort Lauderdale.

Other things to note
🔞 AGE REQUIREMENT: The booking guest must be at least 21 years old. The booking guest may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in to verify their age and identity. The name on the ID must match the Airbnb reservation.

🍃 Please note that while the pool technician services the pool weekly, weather conditions can occasionally blow leaves, bugs, or small debris into the water between visits. Rest assured, the pool remains sanitized, well-maintained, and perfectly safe to enjoy. If you notice any debris during your stay, we kindly ask that you use the pool skimmer for a quick touch-up.

POOL HEATING: The target temperature for the pool will be set at 88F during the cooler months. Please be aware water temperature may be affected by outside conditions (cold temperatures, rain, etc.). We are not able to make adjustments to the temperature mid-stay. The pool pump and the heater are set up to run during daylight and stop at sunset, this cannot be changed.
