Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen for easy meals at home, or dine out just steps away. For added convenience, our brand-new in-home washer and dryer are perfect for beach days and longer stays.
Outside, relax at the heated oceanfront pool which is open year-round, or take a short walk through the dunes to feel the sand beneath your feet!

The Breakers 307 was a great way to experience Hilton Head Island and is very close to the beach. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for a beach vacation! It is close to many restaurants and shops. Pool Bar Jim’s was one of our favorite spots! Thank you!

The property met our expectations. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. My six year old grandson met a new friend on our first day and several more each day after. I highly recommend if your looking for a family friendly place to visit.

Very clean. Exceptional: had beach toys, chairs and even beach towels and an umbrella! Who could ask for more!
