Only one room has a window A/C unit. It barely kept up with the temperature. Had to take the trash out after every meal to avoid the ants taking over the kitchen. The living room and bedroom ceiling fans operated off one remote so there was no way to get them to run separately. Water pressure in the shower was sub-par. Still not a bad place to stay, just not the best.

The property was centrally located in the island and easy to access both the north and south shores. The views were spectacular. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony all the days I was there. We did have an issue with the washer in the unit, but our host was accessible and their team was promptly on coming by to assess the issue. As a result, we did have to use onsite washer but it was again, not a huge problem for us. It was just a few steps away from the unit. Although the unit does not have AC in both bedrooms, the loft bedroom and downstairs living room was very comfortable with the ocean breeze. We would recommend this unit.

You can't beat the view from the 3rd floor deck of our condo! We loved the sunrises every morning, the sound of the waves, and easy access to the beach next door. Our unit was nice, especially the deck and outdoor table and chairs, and the king sized beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable and a bonus! So nice when my husband and I were traveling with my sister and brother-in-law. However, the bathrooms, kitchen and closets needed major updating. The kitchen was only marginally stocked. It would have been nice to have just a few basics like salt and a few spices. We ran out of paper towels (1/2 roll provided) and ran out of toilet paper (poorly stocked). The grounds were simple, nothing fancy, and fairly well maintained, but very old and outdated restrooms and walkways. The 3 flights of stairs and walkways were dark, with uneven concrete walkways, somewhat of a safety hazard. The toilet in the women's restroom by the pool did not flush. On the second to the last day of our stay, the lock code on the front door of our unit was changed and we were locked out of our unit for about an hour. When I called the management group, they were very polite and helpful, and the issue was resolved.So, you see from my review, that we had mixed feelings about our stay. Great ocean view and convenient location, but the condo is sadly in need of updating.
