This property features three bedrooms, a full bathroom plus two additional toilets, and stands out for its generous rooms, modern design and meticulous attention to detail. On arrival you’ll be greeted by a large, welcoming living room furnished with elegance, bathed in natural light and ideal for relaxing moments. The fully equipped kitchen—with oven, microwave, dishwasher, high‑quality tableware and essential cooking utensils—invites you to prepare anything from breakfasts to memorable dinners. Each bedroom offers comfortable beds and plenty of storage space, with premium bedding and towels; plus heating and air conditioning ensure comfort regardless of the season.

The apartment is very spacious. Air conditioning worked well and is essential in Seville! Great location; easy to walk to all the sights of Seville and also to the station ( we did a day in Cadiz) Many local food shops and bars/cafe’s for breakfast so we didn’t eat in at all tho the apartment is well equipped to cook.
