Surrounded by nature and rich Smoky Mountain history, this charming riverside cabin is over 100 years old and full of rustic character while still offering the modern updates guests appreciate today. Thoughtfully updated over the years, including a newly remodeled bathroom completed in 2025, the cabin comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and provides a cozy, relaxed atmosphere perfect for families, friends, and pet lovers alike.
What truly makes this property special is the incredible outdoor space. Situated on 5 beautiful acres along the Little Pigeon River, guests have plenty of room to spread out, relax, and enjoy the peaceful mountain setting. The famous Flint Rock swimming hole is located right in the backyard, making it easy to spend your days swimming, tubing, fishing, skipping rocks, or simply soaking in the sounds of the river. The historic covered bridge sits just a few hundred feet away, adding even more charm and creating the perfect spot for scenic walks and memorable photos.
The expansive outdoor areas are ideal for pets, kids, and groups who want room to roam and enjoy nature. Whether you’re gathering around outside in the evenings, enjoying morning coffee by the river, or letting your dogs explore the open property, this cabin offers a true outdoor Smoky Mountain experience that’s hard to find.

The property was cozy, cute, spacious, pet friendly, very clean, and was in the perfect location.

Such a relaxing and welcoming stay. The view of the river and hearing the sound was more than I imagined. Everything was wonderful except for the strong smell of animals. We tried leaving doors open to help ventilation. Maybe a tart burner or some Odor Ban to clean and spray would have worked. This would be great for a big family vacation with the surrounding cabins.It has a huge front yard and back yard. Loved the river and walking through the covered bridge. So relaxing. Great place to unwind. Will definitely try to book again.
