Adjacent to historic Judkins Park and 1.5 blocks (3 minute walk) from the new Judkins Park Link Light Rail station, you are steps away from Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, the International District, Pioneer Square, Pike Place and the Waterfront, Downtown, the U-District, University of Washington, Benaroya Hall/Symphony, Capitol Hill, and east across Lake Washington to Mercer Island, Bellevue and Redmond.

This was a great property, and super close to the LINK light rail for travel downtown. Just a short hop to international district / Chinatown for great food and a few minutes more to the monorail. The beds were great, bathrooms were spotless, terrific kitchen and living space. As noted elsewhere, parking in the private space is tight for larger vehicles to get in and out of, but a guest parking pass for street parking is also available from the hosts. If you are a light sleeper, you may notice the traffic noise if you are in the upstairs bedroom, but it didn’t bother us. The hosts communicated really well, and we couldn’t have been happier. We would happily book here again. Big thumbs up.

I was so happy with this stay. Our initial VRBO was cancelled (boo), but this turned out so much better! Excellent communication from the hosts. It was a short walk and one stop on the lightrail to Lumen. Very clean and well stocked.

It was perfectly located for our needs. Meg and Grace were very quick at responding to questions and sending information.
Would highly recommend, if you are visiting Seattle.
