This beautifully situated 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz offers a stunning ocean view from the east-facing balcony. Here you can relax—not just in the evening—and unwind while gazing out at the sea.
You can easily reach the 3rd floor by elevator. The living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa (dimensions: 1.40 x 2.00 m) for one person, as well as a dining area for 2–3 people. The open-concept kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, and a microwave. The small bedroom with a window has two single beds (each 0.80 x 1.90 m). The closet is located in the hallway. A modern bathroom with a shower completes this apartment.
The parking space is located behind the house. Dogs are welcome here. This is a non-smoking apartment. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.
